AFGRI media and investor relations communication policy

AFGRI, by way of the Chief Executive Offer and the Financial Director, conduct regular presentations on the Group’s performance and strategy to shareholders, analysts, institutional investors and the media in South Africa.

Relevant company information is published in one English and one Afrikaans daily national newspaper as well as being available on the company’s web-site. The company maintains an active web-site whereby annual report, financial, historical, management and certain strategic information can be extracted. AFGRI further maintains regular contact with the media through the dissemination of relevant information.

In line with good corporate governance, care is given to ensure that price sensitive information is released to all shareholders at the same time through SENS in accordance with JSE Listings Requirements.
